Gary Rockwell A former member of the United States Equestrian Team, Gary Rockwell represented the U.S. in competitions throughout Europe. He and his Danish mare ÒSunaÓ won a team silver medal at CHIO Rotterdam in 1993 and a team bronze at the 1994 World Championships at the Hague, Holland. A USA Equestrian "S" and FEI "C" judge, Gary now lives, trains and teaches in Wellington, Florida.

Marianne Ludwig served as the first Region 4 Director, from 1978 to 1979 and has been an active member of the USDF Judges Committee for several decades. She was the driving force behind the very successful USDF "L" program for judge training which had its inception in 1981. She also initiated regional forums for "r' and "R" judges as well as forums for riders and trainers. Improving the quality of dressage judging has always been very important to Marianne. Her contributions have had a lasting impact on an entire generation of dressage judging in the U.S. and will continue to influence the sport, as well as the direction of USDF far in the future.

Dr. Gail Hoff-Carmona is a USEF Senior ("S") dressage judge, a Registered ("r") Dressage Sport Horse Breeding Judge, FEI Grand Prix level trainer and coach as well as a retired competitor.  She is also owner and director of the first school of dressage in the United States, Los Alamos Dressage Center, founded by her late husband, Major Hector Carmona, in N.J. and now relocated in Ojai, CA

Loris Henry is a life-long equestrian who began her career by obtaining her British Horse Society Assistant Instructor certificate at Burton Hall in Ireland. She is a USA Eq "R" Combined Training judge an FEI “C” Eventing judge and a USA Eq "S” Dressage judge and has earned Bronze and Silver USDF Medals. Ms. Henry was president of the California Dressage Society 1984-86 and is a former President of the United States Eventing Association and served on its Board of Governors from 1991 - 2001.
